This property is perfect. Modern, clean, spacious and ideally located for any activity you might want to enjoy in Sao Miguel. 3 beautiful beaches within a 5min drive, 10min drive to downtown Ponta Delgada, within an hour drive from all the beautiful natural attractions the island has to offer. Fernando suggested 3 amazing restaurants all within walking distance and the food didn’t disappoint. All this plus a private deck, a private bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean and the amenities you could possibly want to have a great relaxed holiday.
Facing Ponta Delgada’s Marina, the renovated 5 star Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico, is set in a prime location and offers 8 conference rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.
Located in the center of S. Miguel Island, the 4-star Azoris Royal Garden features an outdoor pool with a sun-lounger terrace and offers air-conditioned guestrooms with balconies.
Hotel Marina Atlântico is in the center of Ponta Delgada overlooking the marina and the harbor. There is an indoor pool and the rooms are modernly furnished with cable TV.

Ryan was very quick to respond to all of our questions and very helpful.
We would recommend having the guest info book easily accessible to guests.

It is a place where new and beautiful buildings and places are alternating the old and not that well maintained.
You can stay there for quite a long time but it is definitely recommended to have a vehicle to explore the surroundings.

The property at first view appears nice but has a serious problem with black mold, sewer flies, ants and cocoarches. I was born in this home and excited to be back there after 30 years, but spent most of my time sick, the location is horrible, you can't sleep at night due to the neighboring dogs barking and the next door neighbors start construction early in the morning with no regard for anyone. I was so excited to bring my husband to my first home and my country after so long and he spent most of his time caring for me. It was the worst "vacation" I had.
