It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot!) . Exceptionally high quality antique and modern furniture, carpets, bedding,robes , outdoor furniture etc... and entire place decoration! It feels chic and classy but at the same time gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. I don't have enough words to express how beautiful and taken care by the staff I had felt as well- they hospitality training is well above 5 stars hotels !!! Everithing was perfect. The host was always reachable by phone for any need. I requested if an early check in was possible and they accepted my request. Furthermore, one morning I needed the room cleaning service after the normal time slot, and I was accommodated. Excellent cleaning. Perfect position in the center of Hangra do Heroismo.
