Character hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was clean and comfortable. Claudia and the owner were very friendly and helpful. There is a village 1km away but for us the hotel had everything we needed. We cooked our own evening meal in the well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was provided and very tasty.

While our room was a good size, the lighting was very, very poor. The only room with proper lighting was the bathroom, so we had to put those lights on and leave the door open, in order to see anything. Ridiculous and frustrating, I just want to be able to see!
We had a small balcony overlooking the river which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the great blackout curtains meant we slept well. We had a fridge but it didn't work, sadly, no kettle in our room. The shower was weird, it had a normal head and a large rain head, but the water came out of both simultaneously. Not really a great way to save water.
Breakfast was lovely, good choices and tasty, crispy, fresh pastries. Great coffee.

Everything was comfortable. I liked that the house was cozy, the house had everything you need, board games, for cooking all the utensils, the bed is very comfortable and cozy. Overall very many positive moments from our stay there. Since it was New Year's Eve we were prepared a table with dishes. The house was very clean.
