This lovely house is a peaceful oasis that surpassed our expectations. Isolated on a hill overlooking the sea, we spent our days reading and strolling. There are lovely beaches on the island of Santa Maria, but we were too smitten with this rental to leave the property. Our stay at this location could not have come at a better time following two weeks of high-volume travel. This home was just what the doctor ordered for rest and relaxation. The communication with the owner was outstanding. She could not have been more generous or accommodating.
