The staff were all friendly polite and helpful, the position is excellent as on the front with great views and also in the centre. Very modern with aircon. Parking is superb as close and safe especially good as it gets very congested. Breakfast good and free coffee and cake at reception.. very novel.
Located in the centre of town, the 4-star Hotel Praia in historic Nazaré offers a rooftop covered pool with panoramic sea view and spacious air-conditioned rooms with a balcony.

The amazing welcome from the young lady at the reception desk. She showed us where to park, helped us with our bags and showed concern for our welfare each time we met. We enjoyed visiting Nazare and being so close to the beach and bars and restaurants was a big advantage.
A really beautiful seaside town with a very local feel.
A really beautiful seaside town with a very local feel. We avoided peak season and the crowds so we could just enjoy the town without it being noisy and crowded. The weather was nice and comfortable and the views from the headland are amazing. So picturesque.
Lots of nice restaurants and shops. Highly recommend a stay here.

It’s a great place for a break from the big cities. It’s easy to get there and get around without a car. Plenty of good eating places from ice cream, coffee and cake, Indian, pizza and more local dishes. There’s plenty of choices for shopping.

I love the beach and how they made it family friendly, clean. It was one of the best beach towns I had been too. Love the restaurants all over, the little village up on the hill was even more charming or as great-as below. The people in that town were top notch. I hope it doesn’t loose that charm while a ton of people around the world discover it. Dont sell out to the Chinese developers. Your doing just fine.

Nazare is a lovely place to spend a few days.
Nazare is a lovely place to spend a few days. The beach is beautiful and the town is very friendly. We took the funicular up the hill, walked down the other side to the beach to watch the waves. Highest waves in the world during the winter!
Overall a great stay for us and wished we had more days just to relax on the beach and enjoy the restaurants.

We had delicious food in several Nazare restaurants--grilled lulas (squid) is a must try. A ride on the Funicular will take you to the highest point for spectacular views. If you go in Summer, expect large crowds of tourists. After that though, the sea of people thins out and you get a very different Nazare. Don't miss trying out a few of the pastries (Pastel de Natas and Bole de Berlin are my favs), too, from the local bakeries. And don't worry about putting on extra pounds from all that eating, you'll be doing a lot of walking to burn those calories. Try to have dinner where you can watch the sunset--you'll never forget it!

Nazaré is a must if you are into surfing.
Nazaré is a must if you are into surfing. The beaches are clean and there is also plenty of offer sports-wise. You absolutely don't want to miss the fantastic view from the Sitio, or a nice walk along the promenade.
You will have to plan ahead when it comes to eating though: many restaurants close unreasonably early for what is expected from a beach location during Summer. I would strongly suggest seeking accommodation with kitchen facilities and simply cooking your meals.

The nicest place we stayed at during our short trip in Portugal. We considered staying another night! The host was incredibly understanding, and made our stay in Nazare awesome. Thank you very much Cristiano!
Very close to the Rede bus station, it was a very convenient stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The terrace patio made for a relaxing coffee.
The location was great, right on the ⛱️ beach. We went for a walk to Sitio. The funicular wasn't working to get there. Nobody said Portugal was flat. Very nice old Town. Nazare had many restaurants to choose from. Walking along the beach was nice. Pictures of the room portrayed it perfectly.
The hotel's location is perfect. for restaurants and the beautiful Nazaré beach.
The staff, especially Teresa, were so friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was so very clean and the breakfast was delicious. When we come back we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent room with 3 windows view of the huge beach.
Staff very knowledgeable for destinations and things to see in Portugal. Best location right on the beach. Charming.
