Only half a block from a metro station. Breakfast included plenty of strong hot coffee, and all the pasteles de nata I could eat.
The location was very close to the beach. It was a bit noisy in the evenings because restaurants and nightlife were literally right outside the door. Leca has a beautiful long beach and a variety of restaurants including one 2-Michelin star restaurant.

Perfect place to relax for a day or two before flying out of Porto airport. Attractive seafront with small beach and unusual tidal swimming pools. Good selection of restaurants and bars. Palumi and O Preguiça's particularly recommended.

From the smooth check-in till the check-out there was all ok. I felt very well there due to the room I got in the first floor with view on the garden where it is also possible to sit and relax. There is a small shared kitchen and fridge too. In the calm surroundings you can have a short walk over the port bridge to the metro station at Mercado de Matosinhos (which brings you to Porto city centre) or in the other direction to the beaches of Leça da Palmeira.
We stayed for 6 nights and loved the breakfast here. The hotel is not far from the airport and we liked the location although it was not in the centre (which can be reached easily by taxi or public transports). It offered a variety of places for lunch/dinner near by - the beach is approx 20 min walk from the hotel. And there is also a big shopping center just 10-15 min walk from the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
The hotel is very well located with close links to the main shooping areas north of Oporto. Easy to reach matosinhos and downtown oporto as well as to take the highway north to vila do conde. The rooms and space is what you would expectations from a chain at this price level
The place exceeded our expectations and it felt much more like home than an average apartment or hotel room. The owner is a very friendly lady who was quite flexible in terms of giving the keys to us.
Huge apartment not far from the beach! Amazing location in Leça da Palmeira, close to great restaurants. The whole apartments is so homey and we loved the decor.
