Fantastic location - wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Staff were super friendly and helpful (especially Joao) throughout our stay. Rooms were clean, tastefully decorated and with great views across the farm. We ate in the hotel every evening and found the food to be tasty, well presented and good value. Wines were great too ;).
This is small family hotel with great pool and very good vine and food. If you need anything more for breakfast, they serve you. Staff is also great. On our trip over Portugal we have stayed in five 4 star hotels (mostly small like this) and this was the best.
At the foot of the Estrella range the location is just perfect. Breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection to choose from. There are a good number of friendly cafes nearby to spent some relaxing time.
There is a large carpark under the hotel.
Christina was fantastic - a lovely person, she so much wanted us to really enjoy our holiday. Couldn't have been more helpful. I would really recommend this place . Gouveia is a lovely town.
