It was cute, clean and close enough to where we needed to be. So in that sense it was perfect for us for an overnight stopover with the whole family in the same space.
It’s an impressive Lagoon with warmer pools for swimming.
It’s an impressive Lagoon with warmer pools for swimming. Great for kids, but always aware of the risks brought with the changing tide. The ocean beach was wild and spectacular do not really swimming weather.
There were some nice bars snf restaurants, but not overpowering. Very much a Family resort.
We liked the ones closest to Foz and in Foz itself.

Fab beach and lagoon.
Fab beach and lagoon. Plenty of free parking (I expect it would be really busy in the summer) . Good bars and restaurants at the beach. Would recommend the Central restaurant in the town centre ...great food at a great price...
Worth going to the viewing point which is at the end of the Variante Atlantica on the roundabout especially at sunset...

the house is very nice and spacious, and has an amazing garden and pool!
All of the rooms are very well decorated, have really comfortable beds, and are well equipped (ac in every room). The kitchen need its own shoutout, I have never seen such a well equipped kitchen in a holiday house!
The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us amazing tips with what to do, and where to eat in foz do arelho.
I will come back without a doubt! 5⭐️!
The area is really good, you can find shops close to casa do miguel. Calm area, you can walk to the bakery, restaurants, cafes.... and you also can walk to the beach where all the pubs are. It's beautiful. Beautiful place, beautiful lagoon. Foz do arelho is a beautiful place you can stay for holidays. And miguel house is very nice. The owners are very friendly and nice. I will go back, for sure.
Incredible beach location with stunning views and excellent restaurants nearby. Fun vintage hotel experience. Like living in the 1920s. The expansive ocean and lagoon beaches were amazing and perfect for families. Breakfast was tasty and ample. We'd definitely go back again.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel in October as it was very quiet and not touristy. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade cakes). There was free nearby parking. Clean and spacious bathroom.
Lovely accommodations. Foz do Arelho is off the beaten path for foreigners but full of Portuguese families and couples. we loved the room and the location. The Woman at the front desk was really kind and funny.
