Beautiful hotel, top notch breakfast buffet, clean, comfortable, metro across the street. Had adjoining rooms. We were traveling with our young adult grand daughters so 2 twin beds in one room and my husband and myself a king room on the 16th floor. Offer a free hotel shuttle to the waterfront/town although ends at 5:30 so you have to take the metro back if you want to have dinner in the town area. Turn down service every evening, a chocolate, water and hotel slippers by the bed. High class hotel. Great security felt very safe. Have to scan your room key and request your floor for the elevator. No option to push another floor once on the elevator so felt it would of been difficult to be followed. Overall very happy just bad check out which ruined our experience.
