My friends and I had 3 different apartments in this complex. There were lots of stairs to access 2 of the apartments, and very little light on the downstairs apartment. Street was noisy at night. Only the upstairs loft apartment had a light, spacious feel. Others were dark.

My stay there was great, I especially appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. The place is perfect if you have to catch a morning flight since it is just opposite the airport, also bus station is just across the street. However, it is not very easily accessible from Horta if you don't have your car; the public transport by bus is limited on weekends, even during the week the bus rides only few times a day, Besides one restaurant 1km away, there are also no other places to eat nearby. But the nature around is amazing and place is very nice, the rooms very comfortable and clean and breakfast is good.
