Very stylish and comfy. Bed was nice. They served dinner late (very tasty; had to pay). They had free breakfast which started super early. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Top location, right in the heart of Lisbon. Just a few steps away from Tram28 line and Rossio metro station. Very easy to walk to the sightseeing places. The staff was very helpful, the first room they showed us was noisy we suppose it was the windows problem. However the receptionist and the bellboy/man was so helpful and they helped us find the suitable room, thanks:) For welcome and also goodbye, the hotel made a very nice gesture with wine,nata, and cheese plate. So nice and flattering… The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was so rich and the buffet had so many choices from pastry, eggs, fuits, cakes and so on… You can enjoy the breakfast with a fantastic view. The room got cleaned and the towels got changed everyday. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay so much.

The room was much better than I expected, spacious and well designed. My room faced the street, and I didn't hear much noise. Please note, this was New Years week so I'm not sure how it would be in the summer. The location was convenient to busy streets and the airport.

Location: very good. It´s central and you will have a couple of metro stations nearby. Breakfast: it´s OK. The buffet includes scrambled eggs (eggs could be better), a variety of breads (good), coffee, fruit. However, I would prefer to try new dishes and alternatives in other restaurants in Lisbon. Room: it´s OK, but quite small. I guess it is aligned with the price. Staff: very friendly!
