The property is mostly beautiful and staff is pleasant. I had a problem with getting the exact room that I booked from the incorrect photos on the hotel site. I never really got the room that I was expecting but overall the room was spacious and everything worked. Nice coffee maker and nice view as booked. TV reception was very poor with pixelation, very distracting when trying to watch news and other programs. The Buffet breakfast is very good and plenty of choices, even though a little expensive. Breakfast buffet and Italian restaurant were the standouts.

I liked that it was near the rainforest and had enough space for our family. The pool was a big bonus and all the beautiful flowers outside.

Beautiful location nice pools and beach access. Check all of the small print before booking. Relaxing but remote. A little on the pricey side. Restaurant options could be better for a resort setting. Breakfast buffet and Italian restaurant are standouts.

I loved the beach and the swimming pool areas and bars.
I loved the beach and the swimming pool areas and bars. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and we had a great view of the ocean. The food was really good, in particular, the breakfast was fantastic.
Make sure to request a tour to the rain forest ahead of time. We used to just drive to it, but now you need to reserve or go with a tour.

GREAT RESORT HOWEVER IF YOU TRAVEL WITH KIDS I RECOMMEND YOU STOCK UP ON BEVERAGES AND SNACKS FROM THE LOCAL STORES BECAUSE THE SNACK OPTIONS ARE NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ESPECIALLY THE JUICE AND SODA .
The location is amazing and close to seemingly everything, including el yunque and the beach! Eventhough everything is close you should really make sure to have a rental car. Everything was clean and the apartment came equipped with lots of basics like sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. I would recommend the Rico pan bakery just down the street for breakfast. Very affordable, healthy, and good serving size. Was a great stay, if I ever return to Rio Grande, I will once again stay here!
Very rustic setting. Definitely not a hotel. But the double room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and had great views. Be prepared for chickens and cats everywhere, potentially no A/C and cold showers. But as a holistic experience, it has refreshing outside-the-box hippie vibes.
the hotel is nice and elegant but noisy
brekfast served in a space very very loudly
full with children,
so if you dream of a romantic place, this is not for you.
good with children
Loved the location, laid back attitude, nice and clean room, perfect views. Do not expect regular hotel experience, it is closer to the nature, loved that too.
