The room met our needs but i thought I was receiving one with a balcony and didn’t. The outside space was very nice.
The noise issue was another guest on a speaker phone call at 3:30am arguing with someone for a long period of time. I felt that staff should have dealt with this as it was quiet hours.
The women at the front desk were very kind and helpful otherwise.

Everything!! The balcony was awesome it’s San overall good place near a nice beach. Also did my laundry which was a huge plus for me.
