At breakfast, Espresso must be paid for if you want it from the real machine at the bar, instead of the automatic dispensers.
Steam bath was out of order, only sauna was available, besides the jacuzzis and the pools.
Mattresses and pillows are not ideal, a little increase in quality could go a long way.
The location is great and the facilities well designed and modern.

Situated in the proximity of Karkonosze mountains trails, near the picturesque water reservoir, having a beautiful view of the whole range panorama. Not that spoiled yet. Much calmer and quiet than a neighbouring Karpacz resort.

House recently built so everything was clean and new. House is attractive and well designed with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is a lovely terrace with beautiful view over gardens below. Beautiful location on hill in forested area (ski area in winter) and not far from many attractions in area.

We have visited the villa again . This time we stayed in the room 03 . The only issue was no microwave or stove in the kitchen especially when we travel with child . Also lack of information from the reception about access to the kids facilities outside. Apart from that everything was excellent and we will definitely visit the Saidorf again as long as the guests of the villa will have an access to the spa facilities at the hotel .
We very much liked the wooden style of the hotel like „mountain chalet“ style. Everything was comfortable, of good quality, comfortable mattresses, spacious room, spacious bathroom with floor heating. The breakfast was just amazing, with broad choice and all tasty! The staff members were very nice, everywhere, always willing to help to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Wonderful apartments in a hotel complex set in a peaceful location while close to the sights of the Karkonosze and Jelenia Góra. The accommodation is child friendly, the pool and play room are brilliant. The breakfast is great, with lots of local products as well as the usual breakfast dishes. The rooms are of a good size, decent kitchen and beds very comfy.
