I thought it was 3 star hotel, but from my experience with other hotels - its like 4 star hotel. (some hotels in France, Italy and other countries (that had 4 stars), were much worse than this one).
Room is clean, beds are comfortable, there is kettle (with tea and sugar) in the room, also complementary water.
Bathroom is very nice and clean.
For breakfast - there is wide variety of food (cereals, pancakes, possible to make sandwich, eggs, omlet, sausages, meat, fruits, tea/coffee/juices) - literally everything what you want.
I was pleasantly surprised with variety of options to choose!
