It’s all good when it ends well…. Frankly, initially they tried to put us in “broom closet” before we were moved to better room (still with the dawn to dusk construction noise from next door)…
After the first night we were ready just to move to another hotel… that’s where Evelina took charge and moved us to nice lake view room…and just like that our little vacation in Mrągowo was saved..

This was the 1st time I went to Mazuria, and I wanted to go there to see what it looked like.
I have 2 small kids then this year we could not go very far from home (Warsaw)
Mragowo is a small city on a lake and that's it, then to my opinion 2 days is more than enough to visit it all.
Nothing exceptional from any point of view, I would advise to go there to relax on a weekend, or if you like to play tennis as there are many tennis courts available.
Personally I like much better to go to the mountains or the sea in Poland

Amazing little town, everything within walking distance or a cheap taxi ride.
Beautiful lakes and places to see.
Great Italian and Polish restaurants, as well as ice cream/dessert cafes.
Fantastic bar by the Mrągowo Molo, with the lovely water tram.

Lovely place to stay.
Lovely place to stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself if relatively basic, but very clean has everything you need. The restaurant and bar area were nice and very reasonably priced. The local area is very pretty and has a nice town. There are a number of attractions within relatively close driving distance.
Great location, nice for a walk in town or near the lake. Great breakfast in the morning, with big glasses and cup for drinks, whilst in other hotels u get tiniest glasses and cups and have to go to refill loads of times. There are toilet brushes which is great, because they are hard to find in other European hotels. All in all, great hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at the VIP PROMENADA! The apartment was spacious, spotless clean, modern, and well equipped. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch! The host was superb! Very helpful in terms of directions and really caring as well. I would highly recommend for a stay in Mrągowo!
Very nice and clean room with balcony and with a super view on the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free parking and this is very important in that area if you travel by car. Super breakfast with high quality food. Very good value for money.
Very oldschool Polish hotel (something like '80 or '90) but also very well maintained and super clean. We loved it. This atmosphere and uniqueness. Highly recommend.
