the rooms are actually decent and clean, and nice bathrooms.
but i gave the low rating because it was so hot we got no sleep the whole week.
the windows have no bug screen so we could not keep the windows open.
and there is not even a fan, no ceiling fan, no air conditioning.
Management, please install window bug screens and ceiling fans in the room. This will make these hot summer night bearable. I know the green ideology in EU prevents you from installing air conditioning, but a ceiling fan and window screens are easy and cheap and would make a huge difference

Second time staying here! Great location across the street from train station. I was worried it would be loud but didn't hear them at all. Walking distance to rynek/city centre. Breakfast is great ! Had other family members. stay here and they enjoyed it as well !
A real find. I assume like many other travellers we find ourselves in Kutno in preparation for an international train and decided to stay overnight ready for an early start. It's a very smart place, well decorated, modern style with a fantastic bathroom and television. Also with a kettle and a fridge in the room.
We left early but the staff provided us with a fantastic breakfast and it was a shame we did not get a chance to stay longer. We will definitely be back as being from Lodz it is the closest international station.
I liked everything, my son (12) and I had a really nice meal in the evening, stayed in a very nice room, all modern with great facilities etc, had breakfast which was buffet style with lots of choice and very friendly staff who made us feel welcome, relaxed and happy, it’s located in the centre of town so everything was nearby. I’ll likely stay here again sometime if it’s available as I’m in Kutno quite often.
Hotel is opposite Kutno station, so makes a convenient stoppover, especially off the last Berlin - Warsaw train of the day.
It is the usual high quality Polish small hotel, where cleanliness and attention to detail means everything. Room was perfect, bathroom was perfect, breakfast was perfect, staff were perfect. No further need to comment.
