the property is well maintained, bed is comfortable (would say 7/10) and the walls and windows are thick enough to give you a quiet ambiance, during the day there was plenty of light coming from the windows, the hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly, there’s a restaurant and also a sauna available,
they have a smoking area at the entrance and a covered outdoor place with chairs and tables so you can enjoy your coffee or tea outside.
I recommend this place if you want to stay away from the the city noise but at the same time not that far, it was very relaxing and I will come back for sure next time I’m visiting Łódź

Nice and comfort place in closes suburb of Łódź. Very calm and peaceful. It is a perfect place for a family stay: nice and cozy garden as a part of "Pod Jedynką" facilities, literally in a few steps is situated children's playground. Washing machine as a part of common facilities (not in a room), but not a problem to walk a few steps to load or unload it.
The room was clean and cozy. All the personnel was kind and willing to help. Can recommend to anyone.
