The advantage is the location on the shore of the lake where there is excellent swimming. Even the public beach nearby is of good quality. The hotel has a nice outdoor seating area where you can barbecue with friends.
It is cozy hotel with very conveniant restaurant in the same building. I was not exploring the suroundings as I arrive in the evening and left in the morning, but it does not look like much to walk around
