Pleasant hotel and friendly staff, especially Dorota at the Spa reception. And Asia - the receptionist who checked us in was very kind , as well as the lovely receptionist who checked us out (sorry didn’t get the name) Good breakfast but not many no dairy options. No non dairy milk on display, I asked and was offered only soya milk, which was fine. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice view from the balcony. Amazing spa! Just remember to bring flip flops! Quite comfortable bar - we spend nice evenings there. Delicious food in the restaurant- we had two dinners and one lunch there.

Despite having possibly the worst room (last one available, near the front door and with no balcony or attractive view) the stay was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Beautiful building, amazing location, spotless, comfortable, everything absolutely great. Added bonus the hot tub, I thought it would be too hot to use in July, but it was lovely to relax in it at the end of the day. And what an outstanding breakfast with everything you can think of and more!
