The house was great. Two rooms on the top floor and a big kitchen/diner/lounge. two bathrooms, one on top and one on ground floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic supplies. wifi worked beautifully and there soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent included. As was dish washing tablets. Huge terrace at the edge of the forest. Wonderful and quiet location, great hosts. Breakfast was bountiful. filter coffee machine with included coffee grounds. Board games and well suited for kids, with cots for infants and toddlers if needed, baby bath tub and other stuff for kids.

Nice, traditional hotel in a great location near the national park. The staff was really helpful and the spa section was relaxing. Our room was a bit loud because of a bonfire party nearby, but the lady from the reception changed our rooms without a problem.

We liked the atmosphere, the location, the scenery. It is like you have been immersed into something from old romantic movies with train station, snow, coziness, fireplaces, lights here and there, crispy air and, at the same time excellent service, delicious food and impeccable design. It is definitely worth it especially if you need to escape the hassle and bustle of the big city, the crowd and boredom. We felt refreshened, filled with positive energy and a really Christmas mood. We asked for breakfast at 9:00. At 9:08 or so while we were still in our room behind schedule, Cisza kindly knocked on our door to say our breakfast was getting cold. Now that's service!
