The accommodation was really clean and we liked very much the garden with trampoline, barbecue and jacuzzi. There is also an Xbox with some video games and some puzzles and activity books for children.
Besides Adam (one of the two hosts) is very friendly and available for anything.

Slightly underdeveloped, with little information available hence one has to explore and discover. Perfect for watersports, with plenty of options available (but you have to explore yourself ...). The interior of the hotel is really beautiful.
Room and all the public spaces were very clean.
Room was spacious and well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker etc.
Pool area was nice and cozy.
Staff was very friendly. Only one of the restaurant staff didn't speak English but we managed never the less.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was tasty.

A very nice city situated on 3 lakes with tour boats to take you on a nice trip on those lakes. I pretty much ate my meals at the Pensjonat Zagielek where I was staying as their restaurant serves delicious meals. They even have daily specials a few days of the week. It is an easy walk or drive to the downtown area with mostly flat ground. A very scenic city. Well marked road signs for getting back onto highways .

Not a big city, with quite a calm life, and several nice promenades near the lakes and canals. If you like water, you will be ok for swimming here, but also all possible water sports and co-called "rejsy" - every possible water transport to take a tour. you even can get a motor boat !!without!! a license, to rent for a trip on the lake.

it is a very beautiful small city, The scenery on both sides of the river is very beautiful, and the restaurants are very qualified, we tried two of them, both are very tasty. There are many swans and ducks in the river. Also we meet several tourists.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is very good and the view from our window was beautiful. The room was large and clean.
The staff was friendly.
Breakfast was tasty and the dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also good.
The free car parking is spacious.
Spacious room, lots of storage space for clothes etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location for a quick visit to the lake and beach, very close to the Augustów Parkrun, too.
