First the I called the owner before We left our house. And owner told me that I did not confirmed the booking but it was showing confirmed in my application. He was also not giving us any discount as Booking.com gave me.
Secondly he told me that he have booked someone else on same room and now he offered me the basement (1 room) for 4 adults and 3 kids.
We refused that then he showed the us second room that was too small for all of us. Finally, he gave us a room at 3rd floor. And there was no hot water at all. It’s winter here and temp was around 9 degree.
Later on I just payed for 1 night and find place somewhere else for other night. It was totally uncomfortable when we travel with family.
