From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Specially Zubair sb and the Boy Waqas. *Food and Beverage: 4.5/5* The culinary offerings at The Croft were a true highlight, with a diverse range of dishes that catered to various tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties, which were expertly prepared and presented. *Accommodation: 5/5* My room was a masterclass in cleanliness and comfort, with every aspect meticulously maintained and presented. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the plush bedding to the spotless bathroom facilities. *Location: 3.5/5* While the hotel's location (Jheel Road) was a bit rough than I had anticipated, the scenic views and tranquil surroundings more than made up for it. *In Conclusion* The Croft Family Cottage is an exceptional hotel that excels in almost every aspect. While the location may not be ideal for everyone, the outstanding service, delicious cuisine, and immaculate rooms make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Skardu. The breakfast is really economical. The location is right in the center of the bazaar so its good if you are a night owl and enjoy roaming during the night otherwise the noise is a bit bothering in the night.

During my visit to Naran, I chose Hotel "The Base Camp" for a delightful family vacation. The convenient parking and delightful food made our stay even better. The staff's warm treatment truly made it a family-friendly place. What impressed me the most was the cozy and compact ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The hotel's unique charm created a pleasant vibe, distinct from flashy establishments. Moreover, its central location, merely a 5-minute walk from the bustling Naran bazaar, offered great convenience. Surprisingly, amidst this central hubbub, the hotel was tucked away in a peaceful corner, providing a serene escape. Overall, Hotel "The Base Camp" proved to be an excellent choice, enhancing our exploration of Naran's wonders. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking an enriching experience.

Only Location is good which is in the middle of the Naran bazaar.

The attitude of entire staff including the manager was so repulsive and irritating.Asking for small help or even asking for directions seemed to have agitated the entire staff.The only place in Pakistan where drinking water is not available and not even with breakfast or lunch.First thing I had to do was to arrange drinking water at 12 in the night after traveling for 12 hours to get to Naran and then during breakfast I had to bring drinking water from the market on my own as well.Warm water,electricity and free wifi were all shut down right after midnight without any warning or notice, and these facilities were provided after sunrise.I had to do my WUZU for fajar prayer with extremely cold water and when asked about hot water, I was slammed with the phrase that "its hotel policy".The stay at this hotel ruined my entire trip.It was a total waste of money.
