The property’s location is excellent, being close to malls and restaurants, which made dining and shopping very convenient. Another great feature is the wide and spacious parking area, which made it hassle-free for those with vehicles.
Needs Improvement:
While the location and parking were great, several areas need attention. There were no available cushions or extra bedding for an additional person, which was disappointing. The toiletries were not regularly refilled, and we had to request replacements more than once.
The reception staff also need improvement—they lacked the warmth and charisma typically expected from hotel personnel. They seemed busy all the time, and their demeanor wasn’t very accommodating. The phone lines were constantly unavailable, which made it inconvenient to request anything without physically going down to the reception area.
In summary, while the hotel has some strong points like location and parking, the customer service and attention to detail could use significant improvement to make the stay more enjoyable.

I come here with my friends and my family whenever we get a chance to relax. I like Tagaytay because of the scenic view of the volcano, the weather, the good food in the restaurants, and the coffee shops. It feels good to be far away from the busy life in the city.

Our tour of the place and the accommodation, we booked 3 different units on both Tower 1 and Tower 2 , so far Yakal Suites is what we enjoyed the most, reflected on the price we paid for as there was a lake view. The 2 others were quite disappointing on Tower 1 and on much lower floor level.

The receptionist was very helpful when I was asking about restaurants in the area. It was too bad that almost all the options were for buffet and I'm not fond of buffet. Ala carte options were not proper meals but just pica pica for when drinking The fine dining restaurant was closed when I was there due to a wedding.

I like staying in the Cityland because it's near McDonalds...
I like staying in the Cityland because it's near McDonalds and 711 Convenient Store. I guess if you need some toiletries or snacks you can easily go there. I also like that there is a Massage Parlor below, and even some restaurants if you want a quick dinner or so. Our room faces the Taal Lake so its an advantage.

It's best to arrive at Twin Lakes as early as possible to avoid the traffic due to construction of the overpass at the Mendez intersection (which may last till end of 2024). You can enjoy the buffet breakfast at Twin Lakes hotel. Recommended restaurants are Amare la Cusina, Chesa's, and Sonya's Garden.

What I like in our booked hotel is that, the kitchen inside the condo was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. The internet connection was fast and steady.
The hotel was very pretty and aesthetic. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was good size and huge balcony. Bed was clean. Lots of room to park. And so many spots to take pictures on property.
I like everything there. We got the hotel for cheapest price so i can't say that we have didn't like there we are planning to comeback soon. The stuff and people in Tagaytay are very friendly.
