The property has a good view of the sunset especially when you’re at the pool. Our villa has a beachfront and we had our breakfast just outside our room with a sea view. The staff and the owner are very friendly.

Surigao is recovering from damage caused by typhoon Odette. I suggest waiting a year or so before visiting here. It was rainy and windy during our visit so not fair to comment.
Did not feel safe to walk around at night. We observed many blatant drug users along the Seawall opposite our hotel.

Surigao City is okay but it’s congested too much traffic.
Surigao City is okay but it’s congested too much traffic. When it rains it flooded in some roads. City officials should do something about the drainage which causes flooding in the streets.
Needs more supermarket & decent restaurants.
The place was clean and very comfortable. There are useful facilities such as a cabinet, work desk and hot shower. It's also situated in a nice location near the boulevard and the port to Siargao. Highly recommended if you wish to go to Surigao City.
The location is walking distance to the port. It's convenient if you're travelling from Surigao City to Dapa (Siargao). Oh, and they provide free toiletries, wifi is good, there are lots of canteens in the neighborhood.
