The bathroom has some growing algae on the side corner or mould and the sandbar has loads of trash like bottles plastic or glass that was left by the daily tourists and cigarettes butts on the sands. I ordered garlic fried rice and all we got was steam rice with toasted garlic thrown in at the top. At the restaurant table was very disappointing as you have to ask for water and napkins instead of being readily available the only staff there that outstanding is William from the Bar. As he always has a smile on his face. I also booked a room directly in the reception for my Niece and I asked for the email confirmation to be sent to me and her but I have never received it even though I ask 3 times when would I get it.
Set in Oslob, Visayas region, C Star Travellers Inn is located 50 metres from Tan-awan Beach. The 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi.

Basic but ok. Be warned there are power cuts and room is hot without air con as faces the morning sun. 2 minutes walk to the whale watching though if you need to get up to queue early for tickets at 3.30 am. Take a room at rhe back you can still hear the road but much quieter. On a positive in the morning after getting your tickets you can head back to bed and wait for your numbers to almost be called to go back to take your boat (usually 2 hours after getting a ticket) as if you’re quiet you can hear the speaker calling numbers out! Was great for us. Staff not overly receptive but not unfriendly either.
With sea views, Island Front - Bangcogon Resort and Restaurant is situated in Oslob and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden and picnic area.

Excellent location for the whale shark tour. The staff were amazing, very friendly and the food was delicious. Prices are slightly higher as expected due to the area being so touristy. I'm not sure why people have left negative reviews saying there's nothing to do here, there is plenty of transportation on the main road you can flag down and go to the next town or beach.
Set in Oslob, less than 1 km from Tan-awan Beach, Sharky Hostel Oslob features a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests.

I would not recommend this resort to anyone, there is absolutely nothing compare to the hotel rate. If you want to go for Oslob or Kawasan falls, better stay in OSLOB or near Kawasaki falls. There is absolutely nothing in that property either beach or pool or even food. Rooms are not very clean too. Not value for money.
