The bathroom is like a little outdoor jungle underneath your room, exposing you to the outdoors, but in the best possible way. Breakfast is served to your room in the AM (if you choose to order it) and It's simple but good! Staff was super professional and accommodating.

Siquijor is a small island which is easy to get around. There is lots to see including beaches, waterfalls, caves and other attractions and the diving is excellent. The roads are not very busy and the locals are very friendly. There are numerous good value restaurants.

There are amazing snorkelling and dive sites all around the island as well as waterfalls, caves, etc worth visiting. However, not the right area if you're looking for fine sand beaches and playful swimming in the sea.

Still a very local island.
Still a very local island. There is some development taking place but it's a long way from being over developed. Imo, rent a scooter to explore is must. The beach sizes and their beauty are not the best. Access to free beaches is possible but access to these can take some hunting and they're not that amazing. Okay, a little small, but not amazing. Some need clearing of plastics. For eating-out, Siquijor is quite cheap and there's a handful of restaurants worth taking a look at but no more than a handful of them are worth eating at. Do your homework and you'll find them. The island has an enjoyable local vide.

During our stay in Siquijor, I was particularly impressed by the affordable entrance fees to tourist destinations. Even the public beaches which cost only 20 pesos, were clean and well-maintained. This made exploring the island very budget-friendly. Additionally, the locals were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to offer assistance and share tips about the best spots to visit. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to my experience, making my stay in Siquijor truly enjoyable.

Need more choices of restaurants.
Need more choices of restaurants. Transportation from Larena port was not available for family of 5 after 5pm. Had to take overloaded tricycle which could be dangerous. Road construction was a pain. Hope they can finish before next visit. Sightseeing locations are not developed for proper vantage points. Camygean Falls was overpacked and poorly established for vehicles parking, and dangerous for participants.

Siquijor is a must destination for Travellers who love the sea - white sand, clear turquoise water…
There are many places to visit but may be easily accessed. The entrance fees are inexpensive.
However, there are places that close early like Cambugahay Falls and Salagdoong Beach that both closes at 5pm. The Salagdoong Beach could have been a perfect place for sunset viewing.
There are creative photographers/ guides in Paliton Beach and Cambugahay Falls (“human drones”) made our mementoes unique and more exciting.
Love the food in Lambojon Terraces La Canopée and the price range was affordable. There was a beautiful view overlooking the sea and a mini forest. Bucafe was cozy, also with a wonderful view.
