Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel, clean, smells good, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the Marina bay area, with lots of food options and shops (night life), then its a short tricycle away from the Mall (more shops and restaurants), and a tricycle away from a beach area if you want to swim. Perfect location.

First of all: I have rarely seen such friendly and helpful hotel staff. Aya from the front desk and the whole team went to great lengths to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
For example, because the internet in the room was too weak, they installed an extender. And when we complained about the dirty swimming pool, they did a lot to clean it.
I can't say anything negative - apart from the quality of the water in the pool. The hotel room (we had the villa by the sea) is spacious, two-story and has a balcony right by the sea.
The bed is big and comfortable. There is no noise day and night. It is really quiet - which is anything but a given for Puerto Princesa (we have a house on the island ourselves).
It is indeed a very peaceful, quiet place. Although not exactly central. But you can't have everything... However, if you rent a motorbike or a car, the location is secondary.
By the way, there is a large parking lot
To be fair, there are some slight signs of aging here and there, but for the price, it's OK. I don't need a new coat of paint just to pay more. So far - all good.
The food is good, fairly priced and the service is courteous and friendly. You can enjoy your meal with a view of the sea.
The location is very picturesque, in the bay of Puerto Princesa.
And let me add something important at the end: This hotel has a large and reliable power generator. Unfortunately, Puerto Princesa is famous for constant and sometimes long-lasting power outages. You won't experience any of that in this hotel. And that alone is worth a lot.
