I loved how clean everything was when I first arrived, and how accessible everything was! It's easy to see that a lot of care was put into making this a comfortable stay. staff were exceptional specially in the front desk (sam,sofia) , most of the people will greet you which denotes that people in that facility are happy
Sleepy village, very laid back and relaxed. Take off point for the Mt. Pinatubo trek tour. Recommend just to book one or two nights here if you are doing the Mt. Pinatubo trek. Get a room elsewhere (like somewhere nearer to Clark) if you are looking for more action.

The staff a very helpful and friendly, and are very willing to help you organise excursions and future travel plans even before you arrive to help keep your trip as organised as possible. The hike to mount pinatubo was organised through the hotel and it was fantastic. To top it off the food served at the hotel is reasonably priced and of a very high standard,
