We just waited the end of our trip around the beautiful islands of Philippines to leave this review and we can finally say that this is the BEST HOTEL AT ALL! Everything here has been perfect, starting from the welcome drink/pastry at our check-in, to all the small things that make you feel like a VIP, everyday and in every circumstance, until the end.
These guys are PROfessionist, something rare nowadays.
Attention to details, perfect cleaning both in the rooms and everywhere in the structure, very good food and drink, respect, smiles, courtesy are the main features that made our staying here perfect.
We had the honour to meet and chat with some of the managers and obviously we already gave them our honest opinion (as we are professionist of hospitality as well).
There’s absolutely nothing to complain in this little corner of Paradise in Palawan, even for the most pretentious.
Special attention also for dietaries, since I’m lactose free: something unexpected here, but they did their best also in this case, giving me the opportunity to taste everything.
And finally, special mention to our waiter JOVEN: very welcoming and professional guy, always smiling, always attentive, always perfect!
