Staff were extremely courteous. They would greet you everytime you entered or left.
The building itself was amazing, rooms were very clean and Christmas decorations were grand. It is a stark contrast with the environment outside.
I think it's very comfortable for westerners (who are most of the guests).
Breakfast buffet was next level and one of the main reason I would come back here. Everyday they would change the options for the hot food. The soups were so delicious. They would have at least one filipino dish option.
