The staff was so friendly, the food was delicious and the setting was gorgeous. It felt like being in a fantasy idea of what a beach camp could be like. The main building was beautiful with three stories and a lookout at the top that provided ample communal space to relax and enjoy the location. There was also a big variety in rooms depending on the amount of comfort someone is looking for, from tents to a beautiful cabin with porches, and its own bathroom!

Exceptional view from the room. Clean and spacious rooms. You have the entire beach to yourself when you go in off season. Satisfactory food options given the limited options.

There's really nothing that I liked apart from the owner. He was nice and helpful. The cabin was actually quite horrendous. There was literally not a single tiny shelf where you could put your things. Of course, everything was on the floor. Extremely dirty floor cuz eventually you drag all the sand from outside into your cabin. And the cabin is tiny so you have to maneuver just to open the bathroom door.
There was no light in the bathroom. The light bulb just wasn't installed. The mosquito net was folded in the corner , we didn't even notice it until the end of our stay, and one night ended up with a giant bug inside the cabin, which was quite terrifying.
The village is literally in the middle of nowhere. To go back to el nido it takes more than an hour on geepney , there's no taxis.
Like I said, the owner was nice, he actually offered to take us Island hopping and fishing. And the price was really low.
The view from the cabin was quite spectacular at night, that's about the only thing that I liked.

The Cathartic Meditation was so much fun! Haha I felt like a kid again :-) Such a great way to let go of stress. The rooms are much nicer than the pictures and the staff really make the experience. Yummy Filipino food and fresh coconuts!
