The Place is absolutly stunning in the middle of the jungle near by the river. Judith and the Staff are super friendly, welcoming and help you to organize everything. We stayed 4 nights and i would come again for sure! The Organisation with the Dugong Dive Center and the Riverhouse was perfect, they picked us up in the Morning at the River and bring us back in the Evening! One of the most beautiful Stay I ever had. The staff were nice and welcoming, felt like they were trying hard to make the experience good but it was just very expensive and not a quality of experience you expect for the price tag. The reason we booked this hotel was because we wanted a nice hotel close to the port as we had an early ferry the next morning so this location was perfect for that. In hindsight it would've been better getting a tricycle from the main town as we would've saved a lot of money!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating.it was an unplanned stay for us after a serious motorbike accident. Staff got me into a room straight away and helped my partner later on with bags. All so friendly and helpful. Helped us with transfers and recommendations. Breakfast was lovely too. Room so modern and beds so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The staff was incredible. On this level it is one of my best experiences. They were kind , helpful, polite. They upgrade me in the middle of the week for free. One of them recognized me on the street and drove me to the hotel on her personal vehicle.
