The hotel is very close to the beach which is handy. The staff seems friendly too although there are many additional pay for most facility use. Room was on 4th floor and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR

Location was central and near to shops, banks, markets, bus terminal and restaurants, but noisy and polluted. The host was very nice.
The street wiring was a work of art and may have contributed to the power cut.

Very nice region to spend your time. We went with 2 children aged 8 and 9. In the end, nobody wanted to go home yet after spending 3 nights here. The sandy beach is very clean. Same goes for the water which is clean and semi-clear. You cannot compare this with a white beach and crystal clear water. But the quality is still very good. Pico de Loro Hamilo Coast has many nice facilities and lovely swimming pools for both kids ad adults. Food from Lagoa restaurant is considered to be too expensive in our humble opinion. All in all, this was a very pleasant holiday!

The beach and the location of Club Punta Fuego is really beautiful, but, they need to renovate the rooms and have it clean very well. I have stayed at other hotels during my trip in the Philippines and have paid less money for much better rooms.

Make sure what is expected what is not, we run out of toilet paper, no place to get it. there was no towel in the unit. There was a rental towels but hAVE TO RETURN THEM BY 10 PM AND RE-RENT NEXT MORNING AFTER 8AM...TERRIBLE SERVICE

The food in the restaurant was too exkensive and the service was very poor. Staffs arent friendly. Need training.
The beach lacked more seating and shed.
I do not agrre with the segregation of members and guest restaurant and beach area. Looks liked there is racism.

I loved the bed bugs and staying one night out of five with no refund losing $14000 was great. Food was like eating out of a dumpster with a paper cup for coffee to wash it down. If you are into a bed bug infested hotel sign up now. If you use booking.com they also like to host a hotel full of bed bugs . Cause they decided no refund as well. Cost us a weeks vacation and a trip to laundry mat to kill our friendly bugs. So enjoy your stay at this bed bug infested hotel.
Pico De Loro resort is a very nice property with great amenities and well-appointed apartments. My stay was too short to fully appreciate everything, but the options I did see with my family were very nice. The country club pool is very nice, and the buffet breakfast at the Pico hotel is also good. This apartment is plenty spacious for a large family and was clean and well-furnished.
over looking beach resort from apartment terrace, very nice but they wont allow us to enter in the premises of hotel pool and even in the beach area. good only to be viewed.
The staff are all nice and accomodating even in Pico Resto and Lagoa. The play area however is costly. I assumed it was free for hotel guests. But everything else is superb.
