We liked everything about this condo! Clean, quiet, great amount of space, free internet/wifi, has air conditioning, and very accommodating! Fast responses between the owner and her caretaker! Being it is a fenced in and guarded complex it had groundskeepers that kept the grounds very clean! The door has a smart lock. Loved the location since it was close to where my fiancée lives! I loved that it is in with the real locals which I wanted. I wanted the full experience, not from a high rise in a rich part of the city. Just 1 e-bike ride to the bridge to get on either a public transit bus or taxi to the SM mall or Santo Niño or Cebu Cathedral. Or 1 e-bike or tricycle to Gaisano mall or Talisay Church/park. Would definitely recommend and rent again the next time my fiancée and I are back in the Philippines!!
