The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean , shower was good (has hot water) and the AC works. The hotel is a bit away from the main city that’s the only downside , but it is relatively close to the ferry ports (~25mins)!
There is many things nearby such as a shopping mall, atms, McDonalds etc.

The location is great and accessible to everything I need. It's well maintained and clean.
It is perfect if you are travelling solo, a couple or a small family.
The place feels like home. It has a wonderful view of the sunrise and a balance view between the bay, the city and a glimpse of the mountains of Cebu.

The place was nice ,with complete amenities and very good location . The owner and condo staff was really nice and they allowed us many visitors to stay during the day. They were cvery accomodating. Will recommend if you come in Cebu in groups.
None, they made sure they failed in all aspect of the stay from the customer service team of red doorz to the hotel staff. Their inability to provide the assistance and even knowledge how to run operations was pathetic.
