Very beautiful with a exceptional view! Love the weather, staff were very friendly and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet as well! The staff also managed to organize an afternoon tour for us although we didn’t book in advance and the fee was reasonable and the tour great! Would recommend for families.

What I liked about our stay is that this hotel makes you feel like you're in a Royal Palace. The hotel itself looks like a palace! The hot tub in our room was also a plus, and the food wasn't that bad either. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is not that new but the facilities are okay, clean and well-maintained. The view at the alfresco deck/resto is so relaxing. The Officer-in-Charge gave us an hour extension for check-out when we encountered problem with our room AC, but everything works well. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Even after our check-out we stayed at their restaurant and ate lunch. Their Ala carte food are great and I bet their samgyup also since there are lots of people eating during lunch time for the samgyup. Even if you don't check-in at the hotel, this is a nice spot for afternoon tambay since the alfresco rest is so windy and cold.
