Clean room, nice Japanese bidet, pero sana may regular bidet pa din for those who aren't comfortable with the Japanese one like my partner. I have 3 main concerns:
1. Sobrang hina ng aircon.
2. Walang elevator. I requested a 2nd floor room hoping na may view. Pero wala. So di worth it yung pag akyat-baba pag need mag-pickup ng delivery or mag-smoke.
3. Speaking of smoking, ang layo ng designated area.
But overall, for the price, and the location (adjacent to SM Lipa terminal) it's a great deal na. But hoping na mabago yung mga concerns ko. I'll give it a year siguro and I'll try to book again.

Everything about The Farm at San Benito was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a hotel type of room and we upgraded to Mahogany Villa ( as they gave me a good discount) which is of the best as we have our own pool. The view in our room is breathtaking especially if you love nature. The food was absolutely fantastic. This place effortlessly caters everyone’s needs. I really had a wonderful time in our overnight stay.
Staff were great, extremely helpful extremely polite, I had a couple of problems that weren't related to the hotel and the staff helped me get them sorted out,
