The place resides in SMDC residences where it has 24/7 active guards and it’s guaranteed safe, the lobby has a good air refresher and air conditioned, so while you wait you’ll be comfortable sitting in the lobby. Also it’s on the 19th floor but you didn’t have to wait for elevators since it has 4-5, I think there might be more since it has another hallways in the lobby and we’re on Tower 1
We get to their place and it’s well-maintained and clean, once you came in the place is really minimalistic and all working conditions such as the provided induction cooker and aircon is also clean and working fine, and has an extra of ceiling fan.
The lights are so aesthetic and the cable management are super good!! We couldn’t be able to find the switch for a second but it is really hidden even in the kitchen! 🥰
Really accomplished the Netflix access with the super big 50inch Smart TV.
Beds and pillows are really comfy like as in you’re in a hotel, We had our sleep so much better!!
Perfect and Wifi is fast!! So you don’t have to worry when you work or needed to surf.
Deliveries like Grab, Foodpanda is available but you can only pick it up along the lobby since it’s a precaution from the Admins so it’s understandable.
Of all, I say the place satisfied our needs and very accommodating and Perfect! 🤍🥰
Also, you’ll have access through the Tower’s pharmacy, alfamart and BDO for money withdrawals incase you need it, and beside that there is a cafe that you can chill for a while and drink! We love their matcha and pastries!

I liked the location accesible to public transportation. I dont like because of very dirty room, no staff to clean the room, we stayed for 5 dsys,we did beddings cleaning. No cleaners available as the guy staff said😡.. At reception staff, once you see once you dont..we stayed 4 days at one room and extend a day at family room. Very unsafe the family room downstairs, you cannot lock the door, we blocked uaing the bed..The worst hotel we booked at booking.com...not recommended

Accessible where ever you go easy to find the ride , close to the Mall there’s a lot of Restaurants inside the mall the only thing I don’t like is traffic but you can avoid that if you go out early, looking forward to come back @the green Residence 2 the place its so beautiful and clean,quiet.

It's a provincial area so rates are lower, but access to property is by car, food is not 24hours. I do travel a lot but I don't think this will suite my travel needs, unless I am with a larger group.
