I love the bed, the firmness is my personal preference. The same firmness I have home. So I really had a good sleep for the 4 nights of stay. The room is spacious enough, and it was a quiet floor which I prefer.

The hot and cold shower is working well...perfect temperature, though there is weep hole for water to escape from walk-in shower to washroom floor, not sure though why is that so, but water goes back in to shower drain.
