Christine was a wealth of information on the island and very helpful reserving taxis, ordering food to be delivered for our dinner (a delicious fish lasagna) and reserving tours (Are Tour for a phenomenal full-day visit to the island Tahaa). Christine and Gilles are very nice hosts.

The location was away from the main town, but still easily accessible by car. It was a nice quiet area along a bay with kayaks for use. The hosts are lovely people and invited me to lunch Saturday afternoon in their home with them and several French and Tahitian friends. I also went to church and a local market with the spry elderly mom on Sunday. This is a great place to stay if you want to get to know people who live here.

Wonderful hosts. Picked us up at the airport, and went out of their way to take care of us, including driving us to get dinner after our late arrival. Beautiful, luxurious apartment. Nice pool and lagoon.
I loved how chill and beautiful Uturoa is. I rented a car and drove around to see the sites and did a lagoon tour, and I felt like between those things and exploring the small town, it was enough for me. I could've always done another tour or hiking, too.

Very nice people, friendly, helpful, smiling. Small town, easy to find your way. Laid back and easy going. No stress. Beautiful lagoons, vivid colors, fantastic sunsets. Fun to walk through the little town and get a feeling of the place. Great little shop on the waterfront, it's a little French pastry shop called BonApetahi, many yummy delicious pastries made by someone who is very well versed in French baking and using the local aromas to make a delightful union of deliousness.

Great place, please fix the main air conditioning system and include a creative suggestion or note or requirement/rule in the documents for your guests to sign to include regular personal hygiene/bathing out of consideration for other guests and given the close quarters environment.
In the military or any other social institution that behavior is not acceptable. I know its difficult to deal with under the circumstances but listing it in the rules as a requirement takes the burden from the other guests and when it’s an issue it’s been disclosed and agreed to so all guests are aware
Thats an amazing place and for us the best you can ever imagine!The view at the lagoon is breathtaking. Karin is the real pearl of pacific and she makes you feel absolutely fantastic. We would give Karin 20 points if it were possible. She arranged a car for us for the reasonable price and we felt like in a 6 stars hotel and at the tume like home. The breakfast was great. We can absolutely recommend this place!
large, clean, with a lagoon view. perfect for a few days if you don’t mind the noise of the nearby airport. Breeze is sometimes enough so no need for constant sircon. not far from Uturoa. small screen TV. you can have your laundry done gor a fee (a bit high). Car rental on same spot, indidpensable for touring the island.
I loved everything: the Tiffany blue colonial boutique hotel, the spacious rooms, the modern and stylish pool, the amazing restaurant and importantly, the always helpful, always smiling staff at reception, pool and restaurants! Amazing!
