I got an early check-in for free. The hotel has a very nice roof terrace and the location is perfect. They also arrange tours around Arequipa. I attented one and was very satisfied.

The swimming pool area(including the whole garden) was nice and well maintained. They have a nice playground for the kids. The alpacas and the turtles were a great addition to the garden. The area between the reception and the restaurant was also nice. The rooms were big and clean.

Fabulous location in the heart of Arequipa. A great base to explore the White City, full of fabulous restaurants, buildings of historical significance, cooking and walking tours. Lovely terrace overlooking the Cathedral, but it is a thoroughfare, shared with many restaurants and so there is no privacy and it is noisy. Rooms are spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and good, but tiny bathrooms. It was too hot in November to have the window open, but they provided a fan, which helped. Very helpful reception staff.
