Fantastic location overlong river, waterfall and mountain. Lovely thermal baths! Staff especially those who carried our baggage were very sweet. Beds were so comfortable. Nice large room. A bit worn flooring but the cottage charm and views more than make up for it.

Our room was very comfortable. It was quiet and had a great view. The wifi was good, the shower was hot, and the gas fireplace was luxury. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

Wonderful view of the mountains with a small garden out in front. Heater was provided or else the bedroom would have been bone- cold. Friendly staff who helped get taxis and extra towels.
Good location in Chivay, near the open market and the terminal terrestre 5 min walk from the main square. Brand new building, friendly staff, extremely flexible and welcoming, comfortable bed and quality bedlinen. Electric heater on demand. Hot shower. Would certainly go back!

The location is really beautiful. Just a few minutes with the car from Chivay. The hotel is a good place to relax. We loved the hot springs and pools. We also enjoyed the food and the staff was really friendly.
