It’s location!!! Close to the market, walking distance to the Plaza and tour buses. Good water pressure. Warm room. Friendly and accommodating staff. I appreciated having hot coca tea when I needed it. We were pleasantly surprised how warm we were and a nice blanket!

Breakfast was decent, a bit slow. Beds were very comfy. Everything was very clean and room service good. Staff were very helpful, including for a very early morning start on departure. Location a half block from the Plaza Mayor was excellent. Very quiet at night.
