This place has spacious rooms with nice terrace and amazing view on the lake. Place is very well maintained and clean. There is a relaxed atmosphere without any kind of hard rules, pool is so warm!! The food is very nice. Manager is a fantastic guy, funny and always helpful.

Superb offer of (hiking and riding) excursions for bird, animal and plant watching, with local tours -- as well as daily shuttles to malls in city center, included in hotel room rate. Two big swimming pools. Well-maintained golf terrain around hotel perfect for a morning jog and evening walk. Staff attentive and responsive to small requests, like an additional lamp in my room. Good breakfast and I was welcomed for a coffee refill.

Room needs an upgrade. It is pretty beaten up. Restaurants are average at best. The food in monkey bar was overcooked but the only thing really available if you did not want the buffet. You need better food and more options. Pool was good. walking areas were not well marked and when we asked where they were we were told we had to pay for a tour. It would be nice if there was a better marked area where people could use services. You staff were not strong on customer service. Food was not cooked well and had no variety. Rooms were not cleaned until very late in the day( after 4:30). This is challenging as it is when people are coming back for dinner. Views were amazing. This could be an incredible place to visit if you treated it with more hotel and restaurant focus and less customer being ignored by staff.
