Room was clean and bed was comfortable. BREAKFAST was OUTSTANDING!!!! I loved the outdoor eating area with all it's decor and music. And of course, it was walking distance to the beach.

The 3 boys who run this (18, 20 & 23) for the parents are very nice. The location is OK with a short walk to the beach. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable but the AC is old / needs coolant and could not keep up during the mid day heat. Nice washing machine available for use. The old fridge works OK and the gas stove was fine.

The windows are outstanding. They enable you to get fresh air and a great view.
Very comfortable.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did take a translator device because our Spanish is limited.
We were there for two weeks and chose not to rent a car (which we regretted when we learned there were no restaurants) but we had the services of Marco for transportation. He was very helpful and we highly recommend him.
Others, mostly owners, were mostly absent until the holidays but everyone was considerate so there was not offensive noise.⁹ We would enjoy staying there again.
San Carlos is a very sleepy town that shuts down by 8:00 PM.
San Carlos is a very sleepy town that shuts down by 8:00 PM. It’s a great place if you just want to relax but I would recommend renting a car if you enjoy eating later in the evening. There is only one Uber driver for the area so do not count on Uber. Taxis were more plentiful depending on time of day. We stayed 4 nights. 3 would have been sufficient. El Palmer beach has nice big waves that are great for jumping and beginner surfing.

The tranquil vibe of the resort was perfect.
The tranquil vibe of the resort was perfect. The garden and the covered terrace provided relaxation in the shade from the sun and the relaxing sound of rain landing on palm fronds during the normal daily tropical rain that’s common during the time of year that we visited.
Just a step outside the garden and we were on the beach. The children played in the sand and gathered seashells while my wife and I relaxed in the shade. Our son fell asleep in the hammock between two palm trees. Life is good.

Fantastic location in the middle of nature. The hotel is located on the crossing between a river, a lake and the ocean. We stayed only one night and had some amazing wildlife encounters: big frogs came out at night, we saw a bright green iguana and a snake. And we had hunmingbirds flying around us in the garden.
Muchas gracias !! This place was awesome, the location was calm and lovely with amazing views. The beach was close and beautiful. The hotel was so relaxing and the service was excellent - they made us feel like home , the breakfast was so good and they also made us hamburgers for dinner which was very good.
It's a beautiful beach place, very down to earth and truly original Panama. It's actually a great place for families to stay at a very nice beach. If you want to go to the big beach in San Carlos it's only a few minutes, but also the beach front of the hotel is really nice and very peaceful.
very nice set up at the hotel, rooms are comfortable and clean, nice view and close to the beach, the resort is lacking parking facilities but outside there is space to park if there is space available
The building is situated centrally in San Carlos just off the small park and is quiet after 8:00P.M. The staff are friendly and quite welcoming to visitors.
