Ann-Marie and Rene were lovely hosts who communicated a lot in advance. They also provided a lot of information and were helpful answering our questions. The location was perfect for our needs to explore Panama West and Cocle. Breakfast was varied, fresh and very good. Pretty garden/pool area. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and walking distance to a pretty and quiet beach.

The apartment had a nice view of the ocean and was about a 13 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice. There wasn’t much to do around the area. You need to take a taxi to shop or go to a restaurant.

Beach was nice, clean and quite, but the hotel beach club not so much.
Facilities are old and need big-time maintenance. Old beach chairs, tables, and a small pool.
Thankfully it was only 4 people at the club otherwise it would have been very crowded.
The restaurant's variety is good, you can find anything you need around the area. Pharmacies, restaurants, and grocery stores,

Coronado is a very popular beach community for those living in Panama City wanting to spend a weekend at the beach and expats moving to Panama. The popularity is based on a close proximity to Panama City and having every amenity close by necessary for a pleasant visit.

The Manager of this place is excellent, but the facility itself is pretty basic. Probably the right level for the price, but with a few enhancements it could be made better pretty easily.
I really kind of like this place but would like them to do a few easy improvements.
The main attraction of this place is location, and outdoor pool. It can be better than this.

Right on the beach and very private. Excellent host. The rooms are spanking clean and neat with good quality beds and furniture. One room was fully equipped with everything one need to prepare food with a huge refrigerator. Nice veranda to enjoy the beautiful views.

A great beach to find a wave for surfing and boogie boarding...
A great beach to find a wave for surfing and boogie boarding, or shallow spots for little kids to swim with confidence, and very few people around (in October, at least). Coronado is a gated community and you can only enter if you are staying within the area. There are no food vendors or facilities on the beach, so come prepared.
When you are in the hotel area you feel like the rest of the world doesn't even exist and you could definatly spend days just chilling by the pool, on the amacas, playing pool, etc
Room is spacious, clean, and everything was working properly
Breakfast was quite ok, not delicious but definitely eatable comparing to other hotels I have visited in Panama. At least it is open 24h/day so there was no problem with late checkin.
