Pros... the location and views are nice. Hotel offers free hikes that are worth going on. Check the times at the front desk. The staff were pleasant, with the exception of the male at the front desk, who was rude and unhelpful. He advised us there were no trails or sloths, birds, or butterflies on the grounds . It only took us 10 mins exploring tofund them all. Odd he lied.
Room service was good. Fast and portions large. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day

the house is great, clean have all the facilities. the pool is big. rooms are big, it is close to the small airport and the shopping mall. we LOVED it, perfect for a family with kids. We definitely want to come back.

Buffet was good. Bed was comfortable .
The staff was excellent cleaned our room everyday. Cooked us breakfast when all the food in the buffet was gone before 10am. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a small market just steps away from the hotel.

I accidentally booked a room here online through booking.com on my phone while trying to book a hotel in Panama city, FL. For one night and I immediately caught my mistake and tried to have it canceled however you can never speak to someone who can help resolve this issue when trying to call!! I have also tried to get booking.com to help me with this issue as well, and they can't get anyone to help either!!

I feel it is critical for guests to know that all inclusive is NOT the same as other resorts in the area. If you pay a specific amount then drinks and meals should be included as at the Cameron. However, this location is presented as”All Inclusive “ and does not meet the criteria. If one must pay for meals other than breakfast it should be noted instead of travelers going in blind. If they need to raise the rate then so be it but list property as” All Inclusive “ when it is not!

The location is beautiful.
The hotel's decorations are marvelous.

Disliked · The menu is small and pricey, so the only option is the buffet, which is quite expensive.
Our credit card was charged hours before we even checked in - at a higher price that we were told by Booking.com.

Private weddings take the experience away from other paying guests.
They put big curtains up and you cannot enjoy half of the social space.
We are paying guests too.
They seemed to focus more on their events than hotel guests.
Customer service was so slow.
1.5 hours waiting for dinner.
And half hour waiting for glass of wine !!

the tours! I already sent a detailed rating in German, but as I booked another night when we've been there, I was asked to do another review - which love to I do, as this hotel will always be my number one hint for Panama! got there, take a free tour, see the sloth, the butterflies and the frogs, maybe the railway and all the paths through the woods just beyond the hotel and enjoy your experience!
Fabulous location ten minutes from the city, spectacular grounds, super friendly and informative guides, comfortable beds, big rooms. We saw wild exotic animals every time we left the hotel to go walking. Ant eaters, capybaras, crocodiles, turtles, monkeys, mapaches, and the most beautiful birds as close as you could get.
Great hotel in the middle of jungle. Free tour around the hotel. We saw many birds and sloths, monkeys, frogs and butterflies. Room was very nice with jungle view and delicious breakfast. We also had lunch and it was great.
