This is my second time here. It is a really good place to stay to visit Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi. Very friendly living areas with remarkable sea views. Parking is available With CCTV. Good refreshing swimming pool. Many thanks to the receptionist how try to make our stay unforgettable.

The property was located in a beautiful area near the beach and equidistant to Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi, as well as to local restaurants and laundrettes. - Issam (Host) was very responsive with any queries I had and provided us with recommendations about nearby supermarkets & tourist attractions
- Check in was easy Issam provided clear instructions and any problems we had were always dealt with quickly by Shahadat (House Caretaker)
- Location was great 15-20mins from Bimmah Sinkhole & Wadi Shab, Wifi was fast and had AC throughout the host. I booked this after a desert camp stay in Bidiyah and the place is great.

The Wadis are amazing!!! Hiking into Wadi Shab is absolutely beautiful and then you get to the Wadi and swim your way through more spectacular scenery and a cave. You need to be physically fit to complete the hike in (approximately 45 minutes). The swimming is less rigorous however if you are a non-swimmer or a weak swimmer you can get a life jacket at the start (of the hike). It is well worth it as the cave is a real treat! Tiwi is wonderful as is all of Oman. So much to explore and simply stunning!
